Per the US National weather service for Tulsa Oklahoma

“5:39am - 1/11/25] If you have to drive this morning, be mindful of icy roadways due to melted snow that has refrozen overnight. Bridges, overpasses, and untreated roadways have the highest risk of being most icy.

Additionally, pockets of freezing fog are possible, especially across southeast OK, far eastern OK, and northwest AR. This may create additional slick spots on the road where fog is present.

A Freezing Fog Advisory remains in effect for these locations until 9 AM this morning. Most locations will see temperatures rise above freezing by 10 AM.”
